1.3 Content Guidelines
When participating in discussions or submitting content, you must ensure that your contributions are appropriate, relevant, and do not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

Course enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or reject any enrollment application at our discretion. Enrollment becomes binding upon payment confirmation and receipt of enrollment confirmation from us.
3.2 Attendance Requirements
Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and complete assigned work. Excessive absences may result in withdrawal from the course without refund. If you anticipate missing sessions, you must notify us in advance.
3.3 Course Prerequisites
You are responsible for ensuring you meet any stated prerequisites before enrolling in a course. If you enroll in a course without meeting prerequisites, we may require you to transfer to a more appropriate course or withdraw from the program.
3.4 Academic Integrity
You agree to maintain academic integrity in all course work. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty may result in immediate expulsion from the course without refund and potential legal action.
4. Disclaimers and Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

5.2 Maximum Liability Cap
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
5.3 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics, strikes, power failures, or internet service disruptions.
5.4 Time Limitation for Claims
Any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services must be brought within one year after the cause of action arises, or such claim shall be permanently barred.
6. Legal Information and Dispute Resolution
